What are the basic requirements to apply for Australian skilled migration?

Under 50 years of age; good in English (listening, speaking, writing and reading of IELTS general test with no less than 6 points each); college degree or above; the declared occupation must be included in the Australian Technical Occupation List and pass the occupation Evaluation; EOI score of 60 points or more; physical examination and non-criminal certificate, etc.
