The northeast corner and the Yilan Coast National Scenic Area

The northeast corner and the Yilan Coast National Scenic Area are surrounded by mountains, sea and headland. The geological and topographical landscape is rich. The area has rich and diverse natural and cultural tourism resources, as well as many beaches suitable for water recreation activities. It is even more important for bird watching. The stronghold is very suitable for the development of ecotourism. The range starts from Nanyali, Ruifang District, New Taipei City, south to the southern headland of Neili Beach, Su'ao Town in the south, and the west boundary is to the north of Wushigang and the mountain ridgeline is the boundary; to the south of Wushigang is the provincial highway No. 2 It is connected to Taiwan 2W and Taiwan 9 Provincial Roads as the boundary. The sea area is the connection line of Bitoujiao to Sandiaojiao and the high tide line south of Wushigang. It extends 200 meters to the sea and Guishan Island. The land area is 12,325 hectares, the sea area is 4,805 hectares, the total area of the sea and land area is 17,130 hectares, and the total coastline is about 102.5 kilometers.
