The Statue of Liberty, also known as Liberty shining on the world, is a giant classical statue located in Liberty Island, New York Harbor, USA. It was designed by Federico August Bartholdi and built by Gustaf Eiffel. It was completed on October 28, 1886, and was a gift from the French people to the American people.
