1. Sign a contract of intent

2. Submit application materials for Malaysia Permanent Residence Card

3. Pass the information review and obtain the Malaysian entry permit

4. Customers go to the Malaysian National Registration Center to set up fingerprints

5. The final reply letter issued by the Ministry of the Interior on the day the customer sets the fingerprint

6. Arrangement about four months after the reply letter comes out
