Kittitian Hill

Kittitian Hill project was officially signed with the Government in 2011. It is the greatest five stars hotel and boutique villa project in St. Kitts at that time being. It is located at the northern part of St. Kitts on 400 acre lush land. The whole project is expected to be completed in 2018 (total offer around 1000 quotas for Citizenship by Investment). The developer has successfully recruited the world top five designer, Mr. Bill Bensley (he is also the project designer of Banyan Tree Resort) as the project designer.
