Tamarind Cove

This is the major real estate development at Nevis Island in 2013, equipped with cruise harbour and cove club (there will have the second casino at St. Kitts). It offers around 200 odds hotel style apartments or villas.
The project is jointly developed by British and US developers and has been approved for Citizenship by Investment. It offers one bedroom to three bedrooms designs in size of 100 to 300 square meters.

Since 2013, the Government started to develop Nevis Island as a brand new vacation resort and attract more and more foreign tourists to Nevis Island. Therefore, the return of property investment in Nevis Island will become higher in coming years.
